Death Note (デスノート, Desu Nōto?) is a Japanese manga series originally written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. The series primarily centers around a high school student who decides to rid the world of evil with the help of a supernatural notebook that kills anyone whose name is written in it.
Death Note first began as a manga series. It was first serialized by Shueisha in Weekly Shonen Jump from the first issue in December 2003 to May 2006, with 108 chapters in total. The series has been published in its entirety in 12 graphic novels in Japan, and is currently in publication in North America. The series has been adapted into a pair of live-action films (released in Japan on June 17, 2006 and November 3, 2006 respectively), and an anime series which commenced airing in Japan on October 3, 2006. Also, a novelization of the series, written by light novelist Nisio Isin, was released in Japan on August 1, 2006. |

| This is my fourth vid. Im still working on the third one, which I started a little while ago. I used the ending theme from Tales of Symphonia and clips from Deathnote(obviously), Avatar the Last Airbender, Full Metal Alchemist, and although not an anime show, Kingdom Hearts. The movie maker messed up the song and made it 9 minutes long when it was supposed to be six so I had nine minutes of video and had to speed up scenes to make it fit. Thats why, if it looks awkward, its because I didnt want to get rid of any of the video. There is a theme in this and you dont have to look that hard to see it. I hope you enjoy it, I did. Also, I have no affiliation with the makers of these anime shows or games. Im just a fan. |

Forbidden Gem |
| This is just a slideshow that I made for Death Note. The couples are: Light/L, Near/Mello, Mello/Matt, Matsuda/Sayu, and a few others. The song is called Gem and is the theme song for the anime Le Portrait de Petit Cossette, and basically is about a forbidden love. The song speaks of a relationship based off of pain instead of pleasure, thus, forbidden by most of society. Which, I think, happens to fit Death Note perfectly-a manga/anime about the forbidden-and the couples are forbidden as well. Anyway, I hope you enjoy and please comment! :D |

| Johan Liebert is a the German antagonist of the manga and anime-adaptation of "Monster" by Naoki Urasawa. The Monster anime spanned for 74 episodes and the Monster manga spanned for 74 chapters; one chapter of the manga per episode of the anime.
The anime would be considered a "thriller". The pacing of the anime is quite slow, however, each character that is introduced develops his or her story and this makes it seem a lot more realistic, when juxtaposed against anime such as Death Note and Paranoia Agent.
Short Background:
Johan was shot in the brain by a gun by his twin sister, known as Nina Fortner, whilst they were still children. I dont want to add any spoilers into the this, since some people may be inclined to watch the whole sereis to see why Johan is known as a "Monster".
Johan doesnt have any "special" way of killing his targets. Johan, one might say, is intrinsic with the term psychological warfare. Its hard to keep going...so Ill just stfu... |

| Hello! This video is random Death Note pics I find amusing, cute, or I just plain like:) There is shonen - ai/yaoi in this video but nothing to to bad, Im to much of a coward to go and put hardcore pics online, but just to be warned if you really have a problem with even the couple of shonen ai/yaoi pics I have randomly placed in the video please do not watch it. Also there are slight spoilers in the video, there does not appear to be any major spoilers to me but please correct me if I am wrong.
Anyway, I made this video using the songs Diablo and 37.0 C (not entitirly sure I got song titles correct) from the Death Note Tribute CD, I was just so happy that I finally got to listen to the Death Note CDs and watch the first two episodes of the anime that I decided I would make another Death Note video! There are pics from the manga, fanart, Doujinshi pics, and pics from the Death Note movie in the video and of course the pics and music do not belong to me! I hope you guys enjoy the video even if it is a bit long, and if the artists want to be named or have their pics removed they just simply need to tell me so.
NOTE - All comments bashing on yaoi and shonen ai will be DELETED I said in the description if you dont like it to leave and not watch it and do not bash what you know will be in the video!!! |

Death Note: Kira Game DS Trailer 2 |
| This is a seconded trailer for "Death Note DS: Kira game" for the DS. To me this game seems quite similar to the Phoenix Wright games, but the whole text adventure genre seems to be making a come back. I suppose we wont be seeing this game state side until the "Death Note" Anime is released here in America, but I just hope its soon because Death Note is by far one of the better series Ive ever seen!!

Death Note Dance-Off - OhayoCon 2007 |
| This is the skit my group did for OhayoCon7 (2007). This was our second skit ever, and we were VERY pleasantly surprised to have gotten the "Best in Show" award for it. We were just going for a crowd pleaser (thus the main thing with inside jokes in the background), and we got a MUCH better reaction than we had imagined. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!
Let me explain a bit. For those unfamiliar with Death Note, L is suspecting Light to be Kira (not a spoiler, promise XD), and he tests him to see how he reacts to certain situations and such. L wants to see if he has characteristics similar to Kira, so he tries out a couple of things.
And the sound cut out at the very end, but I said "STILL 5%!"
